While only 675 square feet, the Hungry Bear Cookies project remodeled their existing space into an inviting new retail storefront. Requiring that the cookies be freshly baked in view of passersby, the layout incorporated the necessary food service equipment with ample product display counters.
Interior design services were provided in coordination with DKSJ Architects and included facility planning, tenant improvement construction documents, bidding, local agency review for permits, and kitchen equipment layout.
