Expansion requirements determined the move for this financial wealth management office as growth within the department required acquiring new space. Incorporating the firm's colors into the design continued their corporate identity throughout this 13,000 square foot tenant improvement project.
Interior design services included facility planning, tenant improvement construction documents, bidding and local agency review for permits, architectural finish specification and furniture layout and specification.
