Addressing a shift in department sizes as well as providing an updated visual image,
this phased tenant improvement project was a makeover of 21,000 square feet of office
space. With the requirement that all offices be kept fully operational, a majority
of the construction work was phased to occur before and after business hours.
Interior design services included facility planning, tenant improvement construction
documents, bidding and local agency review for permits, architectural finish specification
and furniture layout and specification.
